Optical billing software
GST invoices, part payments and returns.
For optical retail stores
A retail optical shop sells frames, lenses and eye tests across one counter. Optical Mart keeps the bill, the eye power, the lab job and the follow-up for each customer together, so the person at the counter can answer without phoning anyone.
Walk into most optical shops and the same things sit in different places: bills on one system, eye powers in a register, lab jobs on a slip of paper, and who to call in the owner's head. That works until the shop gets busy or a regular staff member is away.
The test is simple: can anyone at the counter find a customer, see their last eye power and what they owe, and say when their glasses will be ready?
Bills carry your GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes and the CGST and SGST worked out of the price, on A4 or an 80 mm receipt. Part payments, reversals and returning part of a bill are recorded, and the shop cash book follows them.
Keep frames and lenses with a low-stock floor, record every stock movement with a reason, and print Code 128, EAN-13 or QR labels on sheets, rolls and frame tags. Raise purchase orders to vendors and receive stock against them.
Each order has a lab job with the lab name, job number and promised date, and moves through eight stages from booking to delivery. The job sheet prints with a QR code and the power in minus cylinder.
Every customer keeps their history: refractions checked in 0.25 steps, past orders and any balance. The follow-up list shows who to call today: payment due, glasses ready for pickup, or a missed appointment, with the words to send.
In the morning the dashboard shows what was billed and collected, dues, and jobs that are overdue. During the day, walk-ins get a number in the queue and appointments for eye tests, follow-ups and deliveries sit in one place.
When someone buys, you find or create their record, add the refraction, pick the frame and lens, take a full or part payment and print the bill. If the order needs the lab, you record the job and its promised date. When the lab sends the lenses back, you check them against ANSI Z80.1 tolerances and mark the order ready, and the customer shows up on the pickup list.
At the end of the month, the GSTR-1 tables (b2b, b2cs, HSN and documents) come out as one Excel workbook for your CA.
A single-counter shop can start on Basic, which has one user login. If more than one person bills, Standard gives up to ten logins with roles. Chains and eye hospitals use the Hospital plan, which adds multi-branch access, branch comparison and stock transfers.
Staff logins, branches and invoice share links work on the website. The Windows counter app keeps billing, payments, refractions and appointments going when the internet drops, and uploads them in order when the line returns.
Your first month is free, with no card, so you can run real bills before you pay. After that Basic is Rs. 599 a month, Standard Rs. 899 and Hospital Rs. 1,599, all plus taxes. Automatic WhatsApp messages are charged separately at Meta's per-message rates.
